Location: South West London (SW8)

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am – 4 pm, Full-time 45hr per week contract

Role:

Join a Chinese Corporate Dining Kitchen in Southwest London as a Kitchen Assistant or Chef. You will support the Kitchen Team in preparing high-quality corporate lunches for 120 people daily. Menus are based on traditional Chinese Cuisine, and much of the kitchen Chef team speaks only Chinese, therefore you should be proficient in either Mandarin or Cantonese.

Key Duties:
• To support the chefs in the preparation of ingredients
• Other general kitchen duties as required

Requirements:
• You should be able to speak Chinese, either Cantonese or Mandarin
• Previous commercial kitchen experience as Kitchen Assistant, Commis Chef or Chef
• Previous experience working with Chinese cuisine is beneficial but not essential
• Occasional evening requirement for special events
