全仁中醫診所成立於2021年，正值香港人移民英國的高峰期。許多曾在香港接受中醫建議和服務的顧客在英國面臨尋找可靠中醫服務的挑戰。英國地廣人稀，加上天氣多變，外出尋求健康建議對部分顧客而言是一大挑戰。此外，英國的生活成本高昂，部分顧客因健康成本的考量而延誤尋求支持，導致健康狀況受到影響。

創辦初衷與發展
全仁中醫診所的成立旨在滿足這些需求。我們了解到當地市場存在質量參差不齊的情況，而像香港那樣專注於使用中藥調理身體的中醫診所，在英國更為稀少。全仁致力於提供可靠且專業的服務，為顧客的健康管理提供支持。

為了克服地理限制，我們採用了創新的視像服務模式，讓顧客無需外出即可獲得專業建議，減少等待的不便，並將服務範圍拓展至全英國的香港人社群。三年來，我們秉持專業與誠信的態度，已服務超過13,000人次，成為顧客信賴的中醫診所。

我們的高品質湯包產品根據經典配方製成，讓顧客輕鬆享受日常調理。此外，我們還提供個人化的中藥粉服務，使用台灣 GMP 認證的產品，確保品質和安全。這些產品均附有清晰的存放指引及批號，提升顧客的使用信心。

全仁中醫診所積極參與社區活動，例如健康講座與公益義賣，以推廣健康知識，並支持香港人在英國的社區發展。截至2024年9月，我們已捐出超過£6,000，支持社區利益公司（CIC），展現我們對社區的關懷與支持。

Wholehearted Chinese Medicine Clinic
Wholehearted Chinese Medicine Clinic was established in 2021, during a significant wave of immigration from Hong Kong to the UK. Many individuals who had previously relied on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) services in Hong Kong faced challenges finding reliable support in the UK. The vast distances, unpredictable weather, and high living costs in the UK further compounded these difficulties.

Our Founding Vision and Development
The clinic was created to address these needs. Recognizing the uneven quality of the local market and the rarity of clinics focused on holistic health support akin to Hong Kong's services, Wholehearted Chinese Medicine Clinic aimed to provide reliable, professional care for the community.

To overcome geographic barriers, we adopted an innovative virtual consultation model, allowing clients to access professional advice from the comfort of their homes. This approach eliminated the need for travel and long waits and expanded our services across the UK, catering primarily to the Hong Kong community. Over the past three years, we have served over 13,000 clients, earning trust and recognition for our professional and ethical practices.

We actively engage in community initiatives such as health talks and charity sales to promote awareness and well-being. By supporting community interest companies (CICs) serving Hong Kongers in the UK, we have donated over £6,000 as of September 2024, reflecting our commitment to the welfare of the community.
